Repeat Prescriptions & Referrals
For repeat scripts or referrals book a consult with your doctor online or via reception (8788 5770).
We do not post prescriptions or referrals.
This can be done via telehealth.
Test Results
It is your responsibility to check you have received your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor.
Our practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are a child under the age of 14 or a person with a disability under the care of a recognised person of responsibility.
For results, book a follow-up consultation as an in-person consultation or over the phone via telehealth.
As a safety measure, when your doctor is away on leave, abnormal results are always reviewed by a doctor on duty for the day and you may be contacted by a doctor if any urgent action is necessary.
