Dr You has worked in General Practice in the North Shore area (Lindfield) since 2004, providing all aspects of General Medical Practice including paediatrics and men's health. He provides aged care in Residential Care Facilities and also performs minor procedures. Dr You has a Diploma in Child Health and is an accredited teacher and clinical tutor of medical students. He is a Sydney University graduate and is bilingual, fluent in Korean and English. He is delighted to work at Heritage Medical Practice in Wahroonga.
Dr Chong is a Sydney university graduate and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Having worked as a General Practitioner since 2008, with a special interest in geriatric medicine and chronic disease management, he sees patients regularly in nursing homes and conducts home visits locally. Dr. Chong is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Dr Valerie Tung graduated from University of NSW in 2012 having attended Abbotsleigh Senior School, and has been a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2017.
She aims to provide evidence-based medicine and provide exceptional care for her patients.
She has extensive experience in women's and children's health and is excited to be working at Heritage Medical Practice Wahroonga.
When she is not chasing after her two boys she loves to go horse riding.
Dr. Salem will be joining Heritage Medical Practice Wahroonga in September 2021.
Dr Salem graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2014 and is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Dr Salem is passionate about all aspects of general practice. She strives to provide holistic care for her patients. She has completed a Diploma of Child Health through the University of Sydney in 2017 and the National Family Planning Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health in 2018.
Dr Salem is involved in teaching medical students from the University of New South Wales.
Outside of work Dr Salem enjoys spending time with her young family.
